All Solutions was founded as a service company in 2001. Information technology services were the first task of the company but soon financial services were added. All Solutions is now a consultant for three companies : Soprigest, Tara Capital and ETS. 

The Hedge Fund Profiler was created as a Service company based on the need of asset managers and institutions to gain access to experienced hedge fund research and due diligence services. The Hedge Fund Profiler is a division of All Solutions that was founded in 2001 by its current Head, Stéphane GOSTELI. The idea of this service came about from the fact that after working for different companies for 2 years, Mr. GOSTELI had never received a complete profile of a fund with a due diligence questionnaire. The subscription system was sold in July 2003. The Hedge Fund Profiler service is now concentrated on doing professional due diligence analysis.
